DIPLOMA IN NURSING SCIENCE & MIDWIFERY
Candidate must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh and under 22 years of age.
Applicant must have passed HSC or equivalent examination and must have passed SSC or equivalent examination.
Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery / Diploma in Midwifery: Must have a maximum GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations from any department. However, no GPA less than 2.50 will be acceptable in any test.
Those who have scored 40 (forty) or more in the written test will be considered as having passed. Government on the basis of merit list among the successful candidates Candidates in the institution and the remaining successful candidates will be considered eligible to apply for admission in the designated seats in the private institution.
- Marriage cannot take place until the training period is over.
- After admission, you have to give a pledge to follow the rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Nursing Council and the rules and regulations of the Nursing Institute.
- No student can be continuously be absent from hostel or class without prior permission / notice.
- If a student fails the final examination every 6 months and fails for the second time after 7 days, his / her training will be canceled.
- If a student behaves rudely towards someone and if it is proved to be harmful for the institutions reputation then the training of that student will be canceled.
Entry qualification: The applicants must have passed both SSC & HSC examinations from any
discipline from any educational Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Bangladesh.
Students will be selected on merit basis.Marks conversion from General Certificate of Education (GCE) - „O‟ level and „A‟ level will be
decided by the central admission committee.Medical (physical & mental) fitness will be essential before admission.

Admission test will be conducted as per Act. of BNMC-2016 according to admission Policy/Nitimala.
